Using the above map you can get some very good walking directions for Paris 1st arrondissement to use to get you around the city of Paris.Click on the map at your starting point. Click on the map at your ending point. Then click the "Get Directions" button and there you are.
The directions are fairly accurate for walking.
Do keep in mind that there may be construction or detours not mentioned on the maps. And always look out for traffic
